Listening to God’s voice for guidance has always been a priority to me. In 2020, I started feeling a tugging that God wanted to use me in a greater capacity.  We can’t grow when we stay in our comfort zone! As a result, Go Giver Real Estate opened in March 2021.  Our core values are to be caring, guiding, serving & giving. With each property that is bought & sold, we strive to serve our clients with diligent excellence by taking the time to guide, educate and wisely advise clients to their prioritized goals. 

Caring

People don’t care what you know until they know that you care! My husband calls me “Carebear” because of the way I like to take care of people. Whether that’s my family, friends, or clients, I truly want people to feel valued, heard, appreciated and cared for.

Guiding

Buying and selling property is a HUGE undertaking. It’s likely your biggest purchase you’ll make and your biggest asset you want to protect. You’ll want to make sure you don’t overspend or undersell. You’ll want to know the property you’re interested in is a sound investment. You’ll want to know what improvements and renovations will show a return on your investment. This is where my knowledge and experience in the industry will provide immense value as I guide you through the process from start to finish.

Serving

This one should be at the core of every small business! Clients’ needs ALWAYS come first. I have always prided myself on exceptional service to my clients. Real estate can be a 24/7 business. Finding a balance between work and family can be trying at times. But it’s always a priority to make sure my communication with my clients is efficient, timely, encouraging, educating, and helpful. Time is always of the essence when it comes to real estate. I’m going to make sure you have pre-approval in place, information at your fingertips, and my commitment to work swiftly on your behalf.

Giving

It truly is better to give than receive! When you have a focus on giving and generosity, blessings will be a natural byproduct of that. I have learned that if my priority is to take care of others, God always takes care of me and my family in return. I want to make a difference in the community in which I live and work and leave a legacy that will surpass my lifetime.  We are better together, and I want to be known for a heart of giving!  I want to be not just a “Go getter” but a “Go Giver”!
